Sage and Kathryn Pruett live in the Bazette community near Kerens. Sage is passionate about preaching and discipleship. His goal for communicating God’s Word is to bring the text to life: make it clear, contextually accurate, and compellingly applicational. However, Sage’s greatest joy is seeing people’s lives change by the saving and transforming power of the Gospel.

Originally from Arkansas, Sage moved to Texas to attend Dallas Theological Seminary. It was during that time that he met the love of his life, Kathryn, who is a native Texan.  A year and a half later they were married and spent the next two years at DTS to finish Sage’s ThM.  During seminary, Sage interned for two years at Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas, where he gained a great deal of practical experience and was ordained into the ministry.

 

Sage and Kathryn enjoy spending time with family and friends, eating street tacos, watching Andy Griffith, riding horses, and traveling.
